Secretary of State for Education Visits Us!
Peareswood Primary School was proud to welcome the Rt Hon Bridget Phillipson MP, Secretary of State for Education, for a special visit today, joined by colleagues from the Department for Education.
Our local MP Daniel Francis also joined us, offering a unique opportunity for our school to highlight the innovation, inclusion, and ambition that drives the digital learning journey at our school and across Woodland Academy Trust.
Adding to the excitement, we were delighted to also have Lee Parkinson MBE (Mr P ICT)—who was recently awarded an MBE for his services to education- join the visit and spend time talking to staff and pupils.
Our children were at the heart of the visit, proudly sharing their EdTech learning experiences.
We certainly won't forget today! A proud moment for our school.
